Huawei Companion X3's display dimension exposed

Huawei will reveal the Companion X3 collapsible mobile phone on March 23 in China at an event that will start at 2:30 p.m. local time. The company hasn't already divulged a lot about the collapsible, but DSCC's CEO, Ross Young, has exposed a couple of details about the Companion X3's display.

Young says the Huawei Companion X3 will feature a 7.85" collapsible display, which is 0.15" smaller in size compared to the Companion X2's collapsible screen. However, the angle of the cover display will remain the same, at 6.45".


The DSCC CEO also declared that the Companion X3 will be Huawei's first mobile phone using an Extremely Slim Glass (UTG), with the displays produced by BOE.


More information about the Companion X3 could surface in the days prominent to the March 23 occasion, where Huawei will present the P60 collection as well.
