You know a screen huges when it is measured in settle feet instead compared to inches. The new centerfield scoreboard has an area of 17,400ft² (1,616m²). There's also an extra 6,900ft² (640m²) display on the back, which is so high and big that it can be seen from the freeway that goes by the park.

The centerfield scoreboard has a 10mm pixel pitch (the range in between pixels) and can show 4K clips such as instant replays and close-ups of the gamers, as well as video game statistics, interactive so on and updates.

While this is the centerpiece and will obtain one of the most attention, displays throughout the entire ballpark are being updated. Work will be complete by opening up day on April 6 and consists of a variety of outfield displays, outside signs and also the concession stands are obtaining electronic food selection boards.

"Samsung's innovative technology at Citi Area will expand the standard for what followers anticipate when going into the country's best arenas. Over a two-year duration, we've changed a once fixed signs environment to an all-digital experience. While functioning with the Mets, we've had the ability to press the limits of what is feasible by providing more innovative and unique experiences for its follower base," said David Phelps, Vice Head of state, Item Management, Display Department, Samsung Electronic devices America.
