Chinese smartphone manufacturer OPPO is gearing up to release its latest series of smartphones, the Reno 10 series, in May or June in China. The lineup is expected to consist of three models: the Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro+.
Recently, a popular tipster on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, Digital Chat Station, has revealed some key information about the upcoming Reno 10 Pro+. According to the tipster, the phone will be powered by Qualcomm's latest and most powerful Snapdragon 888 chipset.

The Reno 10 Pro+ is expected to feature a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Other rumored features of the Reno 10 Pro+ include a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and the latest version of OPPO's custom skin, ColorOS 11.2, based on Android 11.
Overall, the OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ looks like a promising device that will compete with other flagship devices in the market. With its powerful Snapdragon 888 chipset, high-end camera setup, and other impressive features, the phone is sure to turn heads when it launches later this year.
The upcoming OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, according to Digital Chat Station (DCS). Interestingly, this is the same chip that is found in the OPPO Reno 9 Pro+, which was released in China in November 2022. Initially, there were reports that the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset would be used in the vanilla Find X6 series, but the phone was eventually cancelled. The company instead launched the Dimensity 9200-powered Find X6. It is possible that a modified version of the cancelled Find X6 may debut as the Reno 10 Pro+ in the Chinese market.
Reports suggest that the Reno 10 Pro+ will feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The smartphone is also expected to come with a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 front-facing camera. In December of last year, an alleged schematic of the Reno 10 Pro+ was leaked, which gives us a glimpse of the phone's design.
OPPO is known for producing smartphones with impressive specs and features, and the Reno 10 Pro+ looks to be no exception. With its powerful chipset, high-quality display, and impressive camera setup, the Reno 10 Pro+ is sure to be a popular choice for smartphone enthusiasts. It will be interesting to see how the phone performs in the market and how it stacks up against other flagship devices. We'll have to wait until May or June to find out.

On the front, there is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 camera for taking high-quality selfies.
This smartphone may also pack a 4,700mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging. It is rumored to have up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, which is quite impressive. It will come pre-installed with ColorOS 13.1, which is based on Android 13 OS.
To ensure the security of user data, the Reno 10 Pro Plus will have an under-display fingerprint scanner. There is currently no information on the expected price of the device.
Meanwhile, other reports suggest that the Reno 10 Pro may be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset, while the Reno 10 might come with a Snapdragon 7-series chipset.
